waste water treatment

Super Chem LLC is the distributor for USA BioProducts, a purveyor of all-natural quality bacterial products.  These products are used to solve organic waste problems that are currently untreated or treated with harmful chemicals that spoil earth, air and water.  By solving these problems with our natural BactaClean products, together we can create a more livable planet and sustainable environment for current and future generations.

Natural bacteria like those included in our BactaClean products are being used more and more to solve a wide range of common maintenance problems resulting from organic waste materials and chemical compounds.  Bacteria are nature’s way of degrading organic materials and keeping natural systems in balance – they are nature’s scavengers.

Bacteria produce enzymes that do the work of degrading materials into simple harmless and odorless elements and compounds.  In this process the bacteria receive the nutrients they need for energy and reproduction.  The addition of enzymes to the bacterial blend provides an immediate effect on the targeted organic waste and deodorizers are added for odor control. Combinations of ingredients are based on the type and environment of waste to be degraded and the desired effect on odors, volumes of materials and immediacy of effect.

USA BioProducts offers a wide range of BactaClean products available to solve numerous commercial waste and environmental problems.  Most of our products are combinations of natural bacteria, enzymes, micronutrients and deodorizers.  Each contains different combinations of some or all of these materials.  Suites of bacteria are blended for their different appetites for different materials.  Other ingredients are added based on the specific task they are designed to perform, i.e., faster degradation or more odor control, etc.

USA BioProducts has numerous products for numerous types of organic waste problems.  Some of the more common problems and industries for which we have effective BactaClean products are listed below:

General

BactaClean products are blends of safe, natural ingredients, including microbes, enzymes,
proteins, adsorbents and surfactants in dry powder form or in water-based liquid form for solving
numerous organic waste problems.

Unless otherwise noted, all dry products are a beige or tan colored granular powder; operate
within a dissolved oxygen range of 0.5ppm to 2.5ppm and optimally at 2.0ppm; and perform
best in media having a trace or less of toxic heavy metals.  Products operate in a pH range
of 6-8 and best at 7 and within a temperature range of 10 to 40 degrees celsius.  Higher range of
pH (above 8.5) tends to reduce functionality of bacteria generally.  Shelf life of dry Products is
guaranteed for 2 years, but for all practical purposes is at least 5 years if left unopened in a
conditioned space (45 – 105 degrees F or 7 – 40 degrees C).

See “Product Selection Guide” for specific product applications and technical data sheets
for complete product descriptions.
